In the valley of the river Loing, and opposite the Briare canal at 3 kilometers from Rogny les 7 ecluses (7 locks) is an authentic 18th century farm typically Gatinais. Alexandre will happily show you around and let you taste his apple juice, cider and cider vinega .

To the south of Burgundy backroads you can visit the micro brassery La canoterie which produces and sells it’s own beer in the heart of Clamecy.

Cave de Bailly Lapierre, 10 mins south of Auxerre is a wine cellar which covers 4 hectaires. It is here you can taste and buy the famous Crémants de Bourgogne.

The stone that was extracted from the cellar was used to build some of the most remarkable edificies in France. More than 1000 years of history to discover !!

The castle of Escolives Saint Camille in the region of Yonne proposes a friendly and unique wine tasting experience at the domaine Borgnat.

Pierre Louis & Jean Francois Bersan, from an establishment situated in Saint Bris le Vineux since 1453, are eager to help you discover their different appellations and take you through their maze like cellars.

The Domaine de l’Epineau in Saint Martin sur Nohain, have different appellations of Coteaux Giennois and Pouilly fumé. 

La Patisserie Fléchais is in the heart of the village of Saint Fargeau and proposes french patisserie made respecting quality and traditional methods.Patissier for 20 years his specialities include ‘les Macarons de puisaye’.
