In the valley of the river Loing, and opposite the Briare canal at 3 kilometers from Rogny les 7 ecluses (7 locks) is an authentic 18th century farm typically Gatinais. Alexandre will happily show you around and let you taste his apple juice, cider and cider vinega .

To the south of Burgundy backroads you can visit the micro brassery La canoterie which produces and sells it’s own beer in the heart of Clamecy.

Cave de Bailly Lapierre, 10 mins south of Auxerre is a wine cellar which covers 4 hectaires. It is here you can taste and buy the famous Crémants de Bourgogne.

The stone that was extracted from the cellar was used to build some of the most remarkable edificies in France. More than 1000 years of history to discover !!

Burgundy wine is of world wide repute and the Bourgogne Buissonière does not break the rule. The region is over flowing with well known vineyards with wines such as Sancerre, Chablis.

We highly recommend the fine wine tastings and cellar visits of the region.

The castle of Escolives Saint Camille in the region of Yonne proposes a friendly and unique wine tasting experience at the domaine Borgnat.

The domaine Hamelin with 7 generations of Chablis wine producers equally propose tastings of the 4 white Burgundy crus (different wine appellations) ; Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er cru & Beauroy/Vauligneau,

Pierre Louis & Jean Francois Bersan, from an establishment situated in Saint Bris le Vineux since 1453, are eager to help you discover their different appellations and take you through their maze like cellars.

Maria Cuny is an independent viticulturist based in Saint Père sous Vézelay who favors environmentally friendly methods by producing her wines without herbicides, insecticides and organic fertilizers. She offers you to discover her domain with family or friends.

The Domaine du Clos du Roi is the fruit of the work of the Bernard family for 3 generations. Discover the cellars of this estate of Coulanges la vineuse and taste their wines!

La Patisserie Fléchais is in the heart of the village of Saint Fargeau and proposes french patisserie made respecting quality and traditional methods.Patissier for 20 years his specialities include ‘les Macarons de puisaye’.
