To the south of la Bourgogne Buissionière you can visit the micro brassery La canoterie which produces and sells it’s own beer in the heart of Clamecy.

Cave de Bailly Lapierre, 10 mins south of Auxerre is a wine cellar which covers 4 hectaires. It is here you can taste and buy the famous Crémants de Bourgogne.

The stone that was extracted from the cellar was used to build some of the most remarkable edificies in France. More than 1000 years of history to discover !!

Burgundy wine is of world wide repute and the Bourgogne Buissonière does not break the rule. The region is over flowing with well known vineyards with wines such as Sancerre, Chablis.
